 **Plus Tax MANDATORY WEIGH-INS: PRE-DATE WEIGH-IN (day before the event) Date: Friday, APRIL 18th, 2025 Place: Centre Pierre-Charbonneau, 3000 Viau St, Montreal, Quebec H1V 3J3 From 4pm to 8pm Athletes have to attend the weigh-in at the time given according to the event's deadline. Players will be placed in the next division available if they exceed the weight they have registered in. ON DATE WEIGH-IN OPTION 1 ( Event Day) Date: Saturday, APRIL 19th, 2025 Place: Centre Pierre-Charbonneau, 3000 Viau St, Montreal, Quebec H1V 3J3 Time: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m Athletes have to attend the weigh-in at the time given according to the event's deadline. Players will be placed in the next division available if they exceed the weight they have registered in. WHO CAN COMPETE: ADCC Opens are for all competitors - kids through masters, beginner through advanced, from any country.

You do not need to qualify to compete in ADCC Opens.

Registered competitors who are unable to compete due to illness, injury, or bereavement may request credit toward a future tournament up to 5 days prior to registration closing. Refunds will only be offered if we are not able to find you a suitable match, meaning registration fees are non-refundable.

Teens and juveniles (age 13-17): 5 minutes
Adults: 6 minutes
Masters: 5 minutes
 SPECTATORS: Spectator tickets: $20 Spectator tickets will also be available at the door (cash only)

 NOT ALLOWED AT ANY ADCC EVENTS: Close outs: Teammates, friends, etc not having a real match if they meet in a bracket.

Sandbagging: Signing up for a lower skill level or younger age group (masters signing up for adult is permitted). Please notify us if you see a competitor you suspect is sandbagging.

Doing either of these may result in a permanent ban from all ADCC events, even on the first offence.
