 MANDATORY WEIGH INS: PRE-DATE WEIGH-IN (day before the event) Date: Friday, January 31st, 2025 Place: EXHIBITION PLACE, Queen Elizabeth Bldg, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3 From 4pm to 8pm Athletes have to attend the weigh-in at the time given according to the event's deadline. Players will be placed in the next division available if they exceed the weight they have registered in. ON DATE WEIGH-IN OPTION 1 ( Event Day) Date: Saturday, February 1st, 2025 Place: EXHIBITION PLACE, Queen Elizabeth Bldg, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3 Time: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m Athletes have to attend the weigh-in at the time given according to the event's deadline. Players will be placed in the next division available if they exceed the weight they have registered in. WHO CAN COMPETE: ADCC Opens are for all competitors - kids through masters, beginner through advanced, from any country.

You do not need to qualify to compete in ADCC Opens.

 CORRECTIONS & CANCELLATIONS: Registration corrections can be done by logging into your smoothcomp account. Registered competitors who are unable to compete due to illness, injury, or bereavement may request credit toward a future tournament up to 5 days prior to registration closing. Refunds will only be offered if we are not able to find you a suitable match, meaning registration fees are non-refundable.

ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS: There is one women's and one men's absolute division - open to all ranks, weights, and above at 18.

 MATCH LENGTHS: Kids (up to age 12): 4 minutes
Teens and juveniles (age 13-17): 5 minutes
Adults: 6 minutes
Masters: 5 minutes
 SPECTATORS: Spectator tickets: $20 Spectator tickets will also be available at the door (cash only)

 NOT ALLOWED AT ANY ADCC EVENTS: Close outs: Teammates, friends, etc not having a real match if they meet in a bracket.

Sandbagging: Signing up for a lower skill level or younger age group (masters signing up for adult is permitted). Please notify us if you see a competitor you suspect is sandbagging.

Doing either of these may result in a permanent ban from all ADCC events, even on the first offence.
