# 2025 Philippine National Jiu Jitsu Championships > Competition in Makati, Philippines | September 20, 2025 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** 2025 Jiu Jitsu Nationals Gi and No Gi , Kids , Adults , Masters the Nationals is open to all Competitors. One of the most prestigious events on the calender for Jiu Jitsu athletes as they vie to be a Philippine Jiu Jitsu National Champion brought to you by Ayala Malls Circuit Makati and BJJFP . BJJFP is aligned with the rules of JJIF and IBJJF, which are the Worlds two most prestigious International Federations. We endeavor to develop BJJ competitors from the Philippines who can represent the Country in JJIF events or compete in major IBJJF competitions. Children's weight classes follow the same weights as JJIF , the Golden score system for all age groups up to age 17 is applied. Match Times 3 mins teens , 4 mins juvenile. Youth matches will start at 9am. **Youth Categories ( listed as White or Open Belt): Athletes have to be under the age groups below.
