# ADCC Cabo Tormentosa Challenge > Competition in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa | June 18, 2022 – June 19, 2022 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** When registering on behalf of a competitor younger than 18 years please register the competitor's name, age etc and not your own as this will limit the entry options available to you. JJGASA members early registration is R300 (with coupon code) and late registration will be R400 (with coupon code). For non-members competition fee is R400 for all registration entries. Late registration fee is R500. Payment has to be paid before the last registration date to bank account in order to complete registration. For competitors competing on the 19th, weigh in will be held on the 18th from 12am to 3pm. Same day weigh in will be held on the day of competition from 8:00am - 9:00pm. All weighs will take place at the venue. **PLEASE NOTE:** If athletes do not have anyone in their bracket, they can be moved to another bracket or receive a coupon for another upcoming event. **SCHEDULE** SATURDAY 18 June 2022 - All Beginner and Intermediate divisions SUNDAY 19 June 2022 - All Kids and Pro divisions - Any kind of choke (except for using the hand to close the wind pipe) - with or without the use of the uniform - Any armbar, shoulder lock, or wrist lock - Any Leg Lock or Ankle Lock - No "Full Nelson" or "Crucifix" - No striking / kicking of any kind - No eye gouging or fish hooking - No grabbing the ears - No hair pulling, biting - No finger or toe holds - No thumbing - No scratching and pinching - No touching groin area - No hands, knees or elbows on face - No slippery substances allowed on body or clothing http://adcombat.com/adcc-rules-and-regulations 2 - Mount position 2 - Knee on stomach 2 - Sweeps (ends Guard or Half Guard) 2 - Takedown (ends Guard or Half Guard) 3 - Back mount with hooks 3 - Passing the guard 4 - Clean sweep (ends passed the guard) 4 - Clean takedown (ends passed the guard) -1 - Go to your back -1 - Running away The referee’s decision/judging can’t be overruled!
