# ADCC CANADA OPEN TORONTO 2026 > Competition in Toronto, Ontario, Canada | February 14, 2026 – February 15, 2026 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** LOCATION: Exhibition Place – Queen Elizabeth Building Toronto, ON M6K 3C3 UNTIL 10 JAN 2026 (11:59 PM) 10 JAN 2026 – 10 FEB 2026 (11:59 PM) Registration Deadline: WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11th, 2026 – 11:59 PM (or capacity of 675, whichever happens first) Last Day for Cancellations: SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8th, 2026 Athlete Correction Deadline: MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9th, 2026 Schedule Release Date: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13th, 2026 Brackets Release Date: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13th, 2026 Early Bird Price (until JAN 10): $125 CAD + tax Regular Price: $150 CAD + tax Additional Divisions: $75 + tax each (maximum 2 divisions total) MANDATORY WEIGH-INS PRE-DATE WEIGH-IN (day before the event) Date: Friday, February 13th 2026 Place: Exhibition Place – Queen Elizabeth Building, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3 Time: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ALL competitors must weigh in, even if your division does not have a weight limit. Maximum of 0.5kg (1.1lbs) weight allowance. Anyone weighing more than this over their weight division will be moved up in weight. If you are unable to make the day before weigh-ins, the following options for the day of weigh-ins are available (Saturday, February 14th, 2026): 1. For kids/juvenile divisions, same-day weigh-ins require you to weigh in by 8:00 am. Any kids not weighed in when the 8 am weigh-ins close will be removed from the bracket. 2. For adults, you must weigh in no later than 2 hours before your division starts. The start times are subject to change, and we recommend you leave ample time before the start of the division to be safe. If you are not weighed in at this time, you will be dq'd and removed from your bracket ADCC Opens are open to all competitors: ✔ Kids ✔ Teens ✔ Juveniles ✔ Adults ✔ Masters ✔ From any country ✔ Beginner through advanced No qualification is required to participate in ADCC Open events. However, competitors who cannot participate due to illness, injury, or bereavement may request credit for a future tournament up to 5 days before registration closes. Refunds will only be given if ADCC Canada cannot find a suitable match for you. Due to the many variables athletes face throughout the day—such as injuries, fatigue, or other unforeseen circumstances—it is common for some competitors to withdraw from the Absolute division. To ensure a fair and competitive bracket for those who are prepared to compete, a mandatory roll call will be conducted prior to finalizing the Absolute bracket. Roll call will generally take place between 6:00–7:00 p.m. (though the exact time may be earlier or later depending on how the tournament progresses). All athletes wishing to compete in the Absolute must check in at this time. Even if you are competing in another division, you are still required to check in. A coach or teammate may check in on your behalf if necessary. Please note that if you do not check in at roll call, you will be removed from the bracket. Additionally, athletes who withdraw after check-in—or are removed for failing to check in—will forfeit their registration fee. Two absolute divisions: Tickets: $20 (cash at the door available) ❌ Close-outs (teammates must compete fully) ❌ Sandbagging (competing under incorrect skill/age level) Violations may result in a permanent ban from ADCC events on the first offence.
