**IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL COMPETITORS**❗️

One registration fee covers both your weight class and the Open (optional). No double payment is needed, even if Smoothcomp shows otherwise. However, registration in both categories is required.

Competitors can only participate in the Open weight class if they are also competing in their own weight category.

**WEIGH-IN**

October 11, 2025, from 08:30–10:30.

All competitors must present a valid ID (ID card or passport) during weigh-in.

Weigh-in is mandatory.

Overweight athletes will be disqualified and are not allowed to compete.

No refunds for incorrect registration, no-shows, disqualification due to overweight or failure to appear for registration and/or weigh-in etc..

A mini sports bar will be open throughout the event on the 1st floor, offering snacks and drinks to keep your energy up all day.

**REFEREE SEMINAR**

Date: October 10, 2025 at 19:00

Location: Aitado Judo Hall, Sõjakooli 3, Tallinn

The seminar includes a theory session and practical application during the event on October 11.
