The top three-ranked teams in the men's, women's, and kids' divisions will receive the team cup as the Best Amateur Team. The place and time will be announced. An official mandatory rules meeting for all athletes and coaches will be held on February 14th. The athletes' list will be available and updated live throughout the registration process, and can be viewed under the [Registrations tab](https://smoothcomp.com/en/event/21010/participants) on the event page. We encourage everyone to log in before the final day of registration to check their details and the athletes' list, rather than waiting until the brackets are published and locked to confirm such information. Our announcers will call athletes via microphone to their designated mats, so we kindly ask you to follow Smoothcomp's live schedule and be on the mat on time for your matches. You can also [download](https://smoothcomp.com/en/features/mobile-app) the Smoothcomp mobile application from the App Store or Google Play to receive notifications directly on your mobile device. Each athlete may choose one of the two available time slots for weigh-ins. Please note that athletes will be weighed only once. The official staff will verify each athlete’s weight during the weigh-in. Athletes who fail to make their registered weight class will be automatically disqualified. Athletes who are alone in a category and do not request to move to another category on their own will be automatically moved to a higher category. Registration for coaches is free but mandatory in order to pass within the barricades (gates) and advise athletes from the coach's corner. There will be one chair on each side of every score table (red and blue) for the coach of the athlete on the mat. The only persons allowed to pass within the barricades (gates) during the tournament are athletes, coaches, official staff, media, and VIPs with official competition accreditation. Anyone else attempting to enter will be denied access. Results, including team standings, points, and medal counts, will be available live under the [Results tab](https://smoothcomp.com/en/event/21010/results) on the event page. All athletes are required to sign a Waiver and Liability Release Agreement, which will be provided at the weigh-in desk. **If the athlete is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign a Waiver and Liability Release Agreement for them to participate in the event.* All athletes must have a valid profile photo on Smoothcomp, an official government ID or passport, a medical clearance certificate, and valid health insurance for sports practice. Both the medical certificate and the health insurance must be dated less than six months before the competition and confirm that there are no objections to participating in martial arts competitions. Athletes can obtain a medical clearance certificate at the event. The fee for this service is**10 EUR**. Trained and professional medical teams will be on-site.
