# ADCC Scottish Open 2026

## Overview

**Event Type:** Competition

**Description:** As an official ADCC tournament we follow ADCC World Federation Rules.

This is an Open Championships and is therefore open to all nationalities.

Where Under 18's have the choice of beginners or intermediate divisions athletes will still compete under beginners rules.

Male(18+) & Master(35+) Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Pro rules:  -60kg, -65kg, -70kg, -76kg, -83kg, -91kg -100kg and +100kg

Female(18+) & Master(35+) Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Pro rules:  -55KG, -60KG, -65KG, -70KG. +70KG

Boys (7-10), (11-14) and (15-17) Beginners ,Intermediates and advanced:  -36kg, -45kg, -55Kg, -60Kg, -65Kg, -70Kg, -75Kg, -80Kg, +80Kg

Girls (7-10), (11-14) and (15-17) Beginners, Intermediates and advanced: -36kg, -40Kg, -45Kg, -50Kg, -55Kg, -60Kg, +60Kg

Podium finalists will receive a medal for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!

*Which division should you enter?*

**Beginner:**Less than 2yrs training in BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo etc + No Professional MMA fights

**Intermediate**: 2yrs-4yrs training & no major/top level medals in Grappling, Wrestling, Sambo etc or competed in any professional MMA fights

**Advanced**: 4+ Years Training

**Professional**: This is for Professional Grapplers - Once you have competed at a level, you can not move back to the lower level.

**Which Age Group should you enter?**

Enter the age group that you will be ON THE DAY of the tournament

Ahletes are only required to weigh once prior to competing. There is a 0.0 weight allowance at the scale.

**Current schedule**

Weigh ins : From 9am until 45 minutes before your first match

Rules Meeting : 10.00am

First bouts begin : Immediately after rules meeting

Parking: Parking is free on a Sunday at the venue.
