If you want to compete in Adult/Absolute & are below 18yrs old, please obtain a parent(s)/guardian(s) consent letter prior to closing registration date. If you're a Beginner, you can compete at both Beginner and Intermediate levels. If you're Intermediate, you can add the Pro level too. **You are NOT allowed to compete in a level below your experience - for instance, an Intermediate can not add Beginner.** If we discover that you have signed up for the wrong category, we can DQ you on the event day with no refund, we can also ban you from all ADCC events for up to 2 years. The team that gets most of the points gets the “Best Team”. **CHAMPION TROPHIES** GOLD winners for each Absolute category win an ADCC TH CHAMPION Trophy 3x Absolute Men 3x Absolute Masters 3x Absolute Women 1x Best Fight **Special Judges' pick for 1 fighter with the best fights & performance on the competition day wins an ADCC TH Best Fight Trophy **COMPETITION FEES** **Early Bird** Adults: 1,400 THB Kids: 700 THB **Normal** Adults: 1,800 THB Kids: 900 THB **Late** Adults: 2,400 THB Kids: 1,200 THB ***Payment MUST be made before each deadline. Any payments made after each deadline will be charged as per the next fee rates.* **After Deadline Registration** After 29th Sept 2025 Adults: 3,400 THB Kids: 2,200 THB **No Further registrations allowed once bracket is published **Absolute** Absolute Men, Masters and Women: 700 THB Athlete MUST sign up for a weight category in order to add Absolute for that experience level - eg. Beginner weight category + Absolute Beginner. NO signing up for multiple Absolute categories with only 1 weight category registration. Athlete MUST compete in their weight category on the event day in order to compete in Absolute. CASH Prizes for Absolute Winner will be forfeited if the winning athlete did not compete in their registered weight category or was DQ-ed on the event day. Deadline for amendments of Registrations: 29th Sept 2025 (23:59 GMT+7) Any amendments after deadline comes with a fee of 500 THB IMPORTANT TO NOTE:** Be sure your team name is registered EXACTLY as you want it, no team name changes will be allowed. You will NOT be allowed to compete if you have any skin infections. NO REFUND of competition fees in any case of wrong registrations, not showing up for fight or being disqualified for overweight or not being at the registration and/or weigh-in or ANY other reasons. Athletes who are alone in a category and do not move to other categories on their own will be automatically moved to a higher category. Weigh-in is on 1 day before the competition on Friday, 10th Oct 2025 at the same location. Competitors may make weight within that time but those who fail will be disqualified WITHOUT REFUNDS or changing category. If you miss weigh-in, you will not be allowed to compete & will be automatically disqualified WITHOUT REFUNDS. **SCHEDULE** Registration check-in and weigh-in : Friday, 10th Oct 2025 Time: 1pm - 3pm Location: same as competition location **All athletes must be checked-in and weighed in, in order to compete.
