**Description:** Welcome to Hong Kong AFG Clash of Titans Adult Male White Belts and Adult Female White, Blue Belts  Jiu Jitsu competition! This exciting event is designed specifically for Male White Belts and Female Blue Belts who are interested in learning and competing in the sport of Jiu-Jitsu. Our team of experienced instructors and referees works hard to ensure that all matches are conducted in a safe and fair manner. We believe that competition is an important part of the learning process for everyone, and our goal is to provide a positive and supportive environment where everyone can challenge themselves, and have fun while learning the art of Jiu-Jitsu.

HKD 350 / weight

HKD 450 / weight + open weight

BELT DIVISION

Male White and Female White and Blue

MATCH DURATION

5 mins for Male and Female White Belt;  6 mins for Females Blue Belt

AGE DIVISION

Male Adult: 18+ years old

Female Adult : 18+ years old

WEIGHT DIVISION

Rooster / light feather / feather / light / middle / medium heavy / heavy / super heavy

RULES FOR COMPETITORS

1) NO slamming opponent

2) NO heel hooks or twisting knee locks

3) NO striking

4) NO biting, hair-pulling, or eye-gauging

5) NO cervical neck cranks

6) NO jumping

Scoring System:

In BJJ competitions, a competitor can win a match by submission, points, advantage, or referee's decision.

Here's a breakdown of the scoring system:

Throws and/or takedowns: 2 points

Knee on belly: 2 points

Sweep: 2 points

Passing the guard: 3 points

Top mount position: 4 points

Control from the back (Back mount and/or Back Grab): 4 points

Advantage: is determined by aggressiveness, submission attempts, takedown attempts, and superior positioning.
