This decision was made based on the current registration structure in order to ensure a comfortable schedule, high-quality organization, and personalized attention for every participant. The championship will be conducted in accordance with the AIGA Rules and Regulations for international competitions. Athletes should be aware that after the weigh-in procedure, there may be cases where fewer than two (2) participants remain in a category. In such cases the match will not take place, and no medal will be awarded. Athletes affected by this situation will be given the opportunity to compete in the next suitable weight category (only one category higher than their originally registered category), provided that safety requirements are met and the minimum number of participants is present. Participation Requirements Open to participants from all countries worldwide. -Each national federation may register an unlimited number of athletes in each weight category. -Once the limit of 500 people is reached, registration will be closed. -Athletes must hold the citizenship of the country they represent and comply with all AIGA rules and regulations. -Registration is based on the athleteʼs year of birth. -Registration is allowed in only one weight category. June 29: Age categories. Start at 08:00 AM. Mandatory Insurance:All participants must arrange their own medical and travel insurance. Liability Disclaimer:The Organizing Committee, AIGA, its officials, and members are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during participation in or travel to this tournament. The official ceremony will take place on June 29, 2025. Representatives of national federations may be invited on stage to present medals to the winners. Therefore, they must dress appropriately for the occasion. Important Guidelines: -During the medal ceremony, athletes are only allowed to use official flags provided by AIGA. -Athletes must wear their official national team uniforms during the ceremony Medals for All Podium Finishers All athletes who secure 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in the World Championship will receive medals. Cash Prizes for +20 Men/Adults Category: 1st place – $2000 USD 2nd place – $1000 USD 3rd place – $500 USD Provided that there are at least eight participants in the bracket!!! * Coaches are also required to register on the website [www.smoothcomp.com](http://www.smoothcomp.com). Coaches without registration will not be allowed into the warm-up and competition area. Photo requirements for participants and coaches: Coaches who are registered on the website are allowed to enter the warm-up area together with the athlete. However, only the athlete is permitted to enter the main arena, without the coach. Athletes and coaches whose profile photos do not meet the requirements will not be allowed to participate in the competition. * Each participant must be in the warm-up zone according to the schedule during the competition (schedule times may shift). If a participant fails to appear within 2 minutes after being called, while their opponent is already on the mat (tatami), the absent athlete will be disqualified due to no-show. Each athlete/coach is responsible for ensuring timely arrival at the competition area. ONLY ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION WHO ARE DRESSED: • IN SHORTS; • RASHGUARD/T-SHIRT (COMPETING WITH A BARE TORSO IS NOT ALLOWED; • ELASTIC UNDERGARMENTS THAT HUG THE LEGS (TIGHTS). ⸻ DRESS REQUIREMENTS: RASHGUARD/T-SHIRT: MEN AND WOMEN ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A TIGHT-FITTING T-SHIRT OR RASHGUARD COVERING THE TORSO, AND THE LENGTH OF THE T-SHIRT MUST BE UP TO THE SHORTS. SHORTS: THE LENGTH OF THE SHORTS SHOULD BE AT LEAST UP TO THE MIDDLE OF THE THIGH (NO MORE THAN 10 CM ABOVE THE KNEE). POCKETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BUTTONS, PLASTIC OR METAL ZIPPERS. TIGHTS: ELASTIC TIGHTS THAT HUG THE LEGS SHOULD BE BELOW THE KNEES. WEARING KNEE AND ANKLE SUPPORTS IS ALLOWED, PROVIDED THAT THE SUPPORT DOES NOT CONTAIN METAL AND/OR PLASTIC ELEMENTS.
