**Description:** First-degree BJJ black belt AJ Albert will visit GB Gym in July to lead a two-session seminar. The seminar will focus on attacks from standing and side control.

AJ is a well-regarded instructor with over seven years of full-time teaching experience, serving as the head coach of Valhalla Jiu-Jitsu in Irvine, California.

Schedule: 10:30-12:00 submission wrestling, 17:30-19:00 BJJ. Price: €15 per session or €25 for both. The seminar is open to everyone with basic BJJ knowledge.
