The doors will open at 8 p.m. Every competitor and spectator will check-in at our front desk when they arrive. When checked in the competitors will proceed to weigh-ins. Once weighed in. Any further questions will be resolved at bracketing. If there are no discrepancies the competitors will be required to be ringside one hour before their estimated start time. Please note that it is not mandatory to weigh in the day before. All competitors must be weighed in at the time listed below.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. The rules meeting will take place at 11:30 a.m. Kids and Teens that have not checked in will be required to check-in no later than 11:30 a.m. Adults will need to be checked/weighed in no later than 90 minutes before their estimated start time. Competitors that are not checked in on said times will be disqualified from the event without a refund. Coaches and competitors will be required to be at staging one hour before the start time. Fire fighters vs Leos will take place at 12:00 before the children divisions start.

Novice - White belt 0-1 years training

Beginner - White Belt/ Blue belt 1-2 years training

Intermediate - Blue/Purple Belt (under your coaches discretion) 2-3 years training

Advanced - Brown/Black Belt (under your coaches discretion). 4 + years training

Cash, CashApp, Venmo are the only accepted forms of payment for the SPECTATOR passes the day of the event.

1 Division=$85USD

(Early bird = $75USD)

2 divisions= $100USD

(Early bird = $90USD)

Additional division = $15USD

Spectators = $15USD

Immediate family discount =$12USD

5 & under are free

Cash, CashApp, Venmo are the only accepted forms of payment.

There will be NO LATE FEE.
Registrations close on May 27th. Brackets will be published the night before the event.

**Additional passe**s - $12 per coach

Coach passes will be divided by the ASC staff Thursday night.

Coach passes will be handled at check-in.

**NOTE:**for BLUE BELT and UNDER will have to be APPROVED by the TEAMS INSTRUCTOR (Brown -Black belt)

**SPECIAL REQUEST**coach pass - email Info@artesuavecup.com.

**Example:**Instructor will not be attending the event. *LOWER RANKED ADULTS & HIGH RANKED TEENAGERS* can receive a COACH PASS with the approval of the instructor via email.

**NOTE**: SPECIAL REQUEST COACH PASS will NOT be given on the DAY OF THE EVENT
