No Refund after registration deadline. Unless a child or adult has no one in their division and does not wish to move up ,they will be allowed a full refund. There is a 2 pound over allowance. Competitors are expected to check-in, weigh-in, and be warmed up and ready to compete 1 hour prior to their scheduled division. Youth Division 5-17 registration & Weigh -8:00- 9:00 Adult Division registration and Weigh-Ins Start time at 9:00 Please keep in mind that Competitors MUST to checked-in, weight-in, be warmed-up and ready to compete 1 hour PRIOR to their scheduled division. It is the athlete's responsibility to make weight and make sure they are registered in the correct division. If an athlete cannot make weight, they must contact us as soon as possible. MODIFICATION/CORRECTION deadline and a full refund is Wednesday March 27th 2024 at 6 PM. On the day of the tournament, we will no longer accept registration corrections, athletes who fail to make weight will be disqualified with no refund. ONTARIO GRAPPLING ASSOCIATION (OGA) FEDERATION [https://oga.smoothcomp.com/en/federation/157/membership](https://oga.smoothcomp.com/en/federation/157/membership) All competitors must have valid registration with the Ontario Grappling Association (OGA) in order to compete. The OGA will be present at the tournament. The registration fee is $30.00 and is valid for one year, this entitles you to participate in any OGA tournament. Competitors, please ensure you have registered with and PAID the OGA registration fee before the tournament, as it could create a significant delay. Coaches: All coaches must have valid registration with the Ontario Grappling Association (OGA) in order to coach. A National Coaching Certification Program Number (NCCP#) is your coach education profile. All NCCP coach training and education you take is recorded through an online database called The Locker. Your training from every sport and at every context is recorded here. As well, professional development (PD) training can also be recorded here. In order to take an NCCP module you will need an NCCP#.
