-Na ovom seminaru demonstriraćemo MMA tehnike sa posebnim fokusom na kickbox, rvanje i grappling. Pored fizičkog dela, uključit ćemo i kratak segment o disanju pod pritiskom i fokusu. Pokazaćemo praktične vežbe za bolju koncentraciju, kontrolu, izdržljivost i oporavak u borbi.

-Na kraju seminara vas očekuje i tehnički sparing, prilika da testirate naučeno u sigurnom i kontrolisanom okruženju.

At this seminar, we will demonstrate MMA techniques with a special focus on kickboxing, wrestling, and grappling. In addition to the physical part, we’ll also include a short segment on breathing under pressure and mental focus. We'll show practical exercises for improving concentration, control, endurance, and recovery during a fight.

At the end of the seminar, you'll have the opportunity to test what you’ve learned in a technical sparring session, in a safe and supportive environment.
