**KIDS & YOUTH:**From **09:00** until **60 minutes** prior
to their division start time.

**ADULTS:**From **11:30**-**12:00** until **60
minutes** prior to their division start time. **NO Adults weigh-in before**
**11:30.**

**ACADEMY
REGISTRATION**

To register please verify that your account is added to a [registered academy](https://bjjl.smoothcomp.com/federation/6/academies).
You can join an academy on the academy's page (approval by an academy manager
could be required).

If your academy is not in the list of [registered academies](https://bjjl.smoothcomp.com/federation/6/academies) yet,
you can ask an academy manager to [register the
academy](https://bjjl.smoothcomp.com/federation/6/academies/plans) free of charge on our federation platform in order to register
for our events.

[IBJJF
rules](https://jiujitsu-news.com/a-complete-guide-to-ibjjf-legal-and-illegal-submissions/) are applied, **with following modifications**:

**KIDS (4–12 years
old):  NO submissions**.

**YOUTH (13–15 years
old):**
No leg-stretching submissions, spinal lock chokes, straight foot locks,
Ezequiel chokes, frontal guillotines, or triangles with head pulling. [All

**ADULTS Women
(Purple & up):** the rules
of the lower belt apply.

**ADULTS Men Elite
(Purple & up):** the rules
of the lower belt apply.

**ONLY REGISTERED
COACHES AND ATHLETES ALLOWED IN THE FIGHTING ZONE!**

With 2 athletes:
best of 3. (min 2 matches)
With 3 athletes: round robin (min 2 matches).
With 4 or more athletes: double elimination format. (min 2 matches for KIDS&YOUTH,
second-chance for final-8 for ADULTS)

Brackets and the event
schedule will be published two days before the competition (on Thursday) via
the “Schedule” section on the event page. As timings are subject to change,
division start times may be adjusted throughout the day. Athletes are responsible
for checking their brackets and schedule regularly before and during the event.
