# BJJ Fundamentals Seminar for Juniors 7-12 years old

**Description:** This BJJ fundamentals event is designed for all 7-12 year old juniors, from beginners to those already training. It aims to provide a strong foundation for new practitioners and a valuable refresher for upcoming belt tests, regardless of current belt rank. Participants will focus on the most important basic principles of BJJ and receive a training notebook to document their progress.

The event will be held in Metsälä in March, with training sessions on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00. Instructors are Hipko's own BJJ teachers: Toni, Timo, Harri, Seppo. The fee is 38 euros. Registration is required by March 1st via email to info@hipko.fi. A GI and belt are required.
