# BJJ Nation Kids tournament #5 > Competition in Mölndal, Västra Götaland, Sweden | March 29, 2025 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** A sincere thank you for your support of the BJJ Nation Tournament. Your dedication, passion, and presence are the driving force behind making this event not just successful, but truly remarkable. We couldn’t do it without you – thank you for helping us elevate the experience for everyone! Round robin is a competition format where all competitors face each other. This ensures that each participant gets multiple matchups, with the winner determined by the overall results. In this format, each athlete will have a minimum of two matches, and depending on the number of participants, a maximum of four matches per competitor will be provided. To this event we will limite the max of 4 fight per bracket, if an bracket have more than 5 athletes they might not face everyone. If there is a tie in a Round Robin brackets our tiebreakers work in the following order to determine the winner: 1. Head to head *(if both athletes have the same nr of wins the match between them will determine)* 2. Number of wins by submissions 3. Sum of match scores 4. Sum of match penalties (lower is better) 5. The first matches of the day will start at 09:00. Weigh-ins start at 08:30,**ONLY FOR THE ATHLETES ON THE MONITOR** Please note that kids matches are generally faster than scheduled. Please make sure to be in the arena with plenty of time to prepare. **Please note that at the end of the day we will move divisions to empty mats should a mat finish ahead of schedule.** **Also note that all times are dynamic! Make sure to be in the arena in good time because your match may be sooner than initially posted!** You will be allowed to weigh in when your match is up on the monitor in the arena, 15-30 minutes prior to your match. You will weigh in with your full uniform on. All coaches must apply for an individual coachpass for free entrance. We allow a maximum of 2 coaches per academy. This application have to be done through smoothcomp on registration like all competitors. Kids under 6 years =2 minutes Kids between 7-9 years =3 minutes Kids between 10-15 years =4 minutes We aim to offer each athlete a chance to fight, so we might have to combine some classes if there are too few participants. We strive to get at least three (3) athletes per class, but sometimes only two (2) is possible. We will merge/combine groups if necessary. We will do this according to described standard. 1. We will combine weight classes within the same age and belt (we will try to avoid to big weight difference) 2. We will combine weight classes within the same age but combine belts 3. We will move to another weight class but with the same belt 4. We will move to another weight class and/or belt and age class 5. If no option above is possible we will cancel the weight class and give a refund 250skr early bird/ 350skr Normal registration/ 500skr Late registrations 120 skr (kids below 12 years get free entrance) 2 coaches per team and one relative have free entrance.
