# Bullpen Submission Series NOGI SUB ONLY > Competition in Tucson, Arizona, United States | January 18, 2020 – January 19, 2020 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** Bullpen returns 2020 with Blue and White Belt tournament which will be held at the 10th Planet Tucson. This is a private Event No Spectators. Bullpen Submission Series will have 2 ranks of NOGI Sub Only Jiu Jitsu available for registration (White & Blue) as well as special feature super fights between high profile names. Each rank will have a 8 man bracket with 7 weight classes for men and 5 weight classes for women. With the winner of each division EARNING their way to ABSOLUTE to award the Blue Belt & White Belt Absolute Champions. Featuring special Ladies Tiny divison The Only Submission only grappling tournament for Nogi. We feature men and womens divisions for competitors ages 14 and up. RULES: Bullpen runs a single elimination format. Bullpen utilizes a slightly modified EBI Overtime ruleset. Cash to be determined based off of number of registrations per rank and sponsorships. Ladies Match length: White/Blue Belts 8 Mins 3 Overtime 2 min Max per overtime Ways a Match can be Won: Win via Submission victory within regulation time. Win in Overtime: victory by submission, fastest submission time, or fastest escape time. Win by opponent disqualification. Win via opponent forfeiture. Submission is based upon physical tapping, a verbal tap, or yelling during a submission attempt. If an opponent must have the match stopped for any injury related incident or any other reason beyond control that does not warrant any disqualifications, the opponent will have 5 mins to return to the match or they will have to forfeit the match. Rankings: Competitors will be Ranked based on previous Bullpen Events. Bullpen Brackets are seeded and ran like a wrestling Tournemant. PHOTOGRAPHER INFORMATION: This event features a professional photographer to catch all your best angles! Photographs of the event will be available after our photographer process them and they will be made available select photographs and videos will be featured on the Bullpen Submision Series Instagram #Bullpensubmissionseries . Location: This is a private event there is absolutely no guests. Please guide your family to watch via stream. We will run two mats and leave one ring open to warm up. SAFETY: Safety is a top priority. Every Bullpen event is staffed by a licensed EMT to ensure the maximum safety of our athletes.
