**Description:** Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instills a sense of mental resilience and problem-solving skills, requiring calmness inside the dojo but it also translates to an increase in calmness outside the gym too. Practitioners learn to adapt to stressful situations, stay composed under pressure, and apply patience and strategy to overcome challenges. The meditative aspect of training also fosters mindfulness, reducing anxiety and enhancing overall emotional well-being, contributing to a more composed and balanced life beyond the martial arts practice. The 'storms of life' can be supported by this IBJJF rules competition - split across two weekends - in Darwin. @ Combat Therapy Centre
