# Choice BJJ Kids In-House Open II - Gi and No-Gi

## Overview

**Event Type:** Competition

**Description:** We are excited to host this friendly competition featuring both Gi and Nogi events! This tournament is all about showcasing the amazing skills our young athletes have developed in a supportive and fun environment.

This is a round-robin event, where the kids will have a chance to step on the mats multiple times whether winning or losing.

**RULES:**

The ruleset for this event will be submission only (under IBJJF criteria according to the athletes' belt and age), with referee's decision in case no submissions happen.

The criteria for the referee's decision will be based on the IBJJF points system, where the children who display the most control and achieve more dominant positions during the match will be awarded the win. We believe that this will encourage the kids to go for submissions and also display good grappling skills by valuing control and dominance.

Get ready for an action-packed day filled with camaraderie, sportsmanship, and plenty of smiles as our kids display their hard work and talent on the mats. Whether they are competing or cheering for their teammates, we can't wait to see everyone shine!
