Limited Space! Maximum 20 participators!!! First come, first serve!

To participate you have to register here on Smoothcomp only and pay your registration fee, befor we close. Please bring a clean Gi with you.

Seminar starts: Sunday, February 23rd, 1 p.m.

Seminar ends: app. 4 p.m.

Seminar constists of 2 hours of technical training and app. 1 hour of Open Mat/Rolling
