We are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality GI-BJJ and NO-GI Submission Grappling Tournaments Possible! By embracing all forms of grappling from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Submission Grappling, Luta Livre Esportiva, SAMBO, Catch Wrestling, to NO-GI Jiu Jitsu, providing a safe comfortable environment for competition with numerous divisions for any age and skill level, and maintaining the highest quality staff and referees available we are able to give competitors what they deserve in a tournament experience. FORMAT: Depending on the bracket size we offer best of three, round robin, and modified double elimination brackets to ensure everyone gets more than one match. AGE DIVISIONS: Age 4 and Up ALL STATES WELCOME!! SPECTATORS: Spectators fees are $10 at the door, cash or card, for anyone age 4 and up. Coaches can receive free entries following the guidelines below in our coaches passes section. CREDIT CARDS: There will be a $2 fee added to all credit card purchases at the event. REFUND POLICY: We issue refunds for an event registration until the early bird date. From the early bird date to the registration deadline, only full coupon credits will be issued for future events. After the registration deadline, there will be no refunds or future credits issued. Refunds and Credits can be obtained by logging into your account and cancelling your event registration. Competitors who do not have a bracket or their opponent no shows day of event will receive a full coupon credit. *No show credit only applies if you have no matches for the day* EXTRA DIVISIONS: Alongside this event, athletes can also compete in an additional division at the**USA Luta Livre Grappling Nationals**, a No-Gi, one skill only, single-elimination tournament. Adults are to come 1 HOUR PRIOR to the start of their division. Adults will be turned away if children and teens are still weighing in. You may click here to see how to find your start times. MEDAL PODIUM: Once your bracket is finished, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners must ALL go to the podium together to receive their medals. BRACKETS and SCHEDULE: Prior to the tournament, the event brackets and schedule will be released. You will be able to locate both on the event page brackets and schedule tab. All events will display the live schedule by match order happening on each mat. Please be at the mat on time for your matches. We ask that you make sure to be present inside the venue at least 60 minutes prior your division start time as well in case we are able to get head start on a certain division. Children need to arrive at 8am as their divisions always go first. You will not need to make the new weight required for that bracket. You can make these changes by logging into your account and modifying your registration details. After this change deadline, the registration will be final, and no further changes will be allowed. Any competitors who are alone in their division should choose to either self-move themselves up a division or cancel their registration for a full credit. Kids at this age benefit from competing together as strength level is equal. Copa America Grappling Championships has the right to use any photos and videos, from our on-site photographers and videographers, for future event advertising. Coach Passes will be available FREE of charge depending on the number of competitors from your school.
