Open to all belt levels ! Winner receives championship belt and rash guard set !

BGS rules, 10 minute matches first 5 minutes sub only , Last 5 minutes points

All subs legal, neck cranks and twisters legal, NO SLAMS.

It will be located at Breakthrough BJJ In Amherst NS 26 Industrial Park Drive
