## Overview

**Description:** Our aim is to give  Beginner level Mixed Martial Artists the opportunity to test their skills and gain experience under our Novice Ruleset before they jump to the bigger regional MMA shows!

We accept competitors from all gyms. We can also match experienced amateurs under our Novice Rule set.
There are 3 experience categories:

MMA
K1
Submission Grappling

• Beginners | Under 1 year of Combat Sport exp.
• Beginners plus | 1-3 years of Combat Sport exp.

Matches will take place in our in-house MMA cage and also on our competition mat.

There will be a warm-up area and coffee, tea, drinks. Snacks will also be available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Entry Fee - £10 per discipline pre registration via smoothcomp or £15 on the day.

Refund Policy: 100% refund offered to anybody who doesn’t get match.
