Awards: Oversized Gold, Silver and Bronze medals awarded in Gi and NOGI divisions.

CHAMPION Belt awarded to competitors that win first place in BOTH GI & NOGI. (All ages and divisions are eligible).  If you are DOUBLE GOLD (Gi and NOGI), you get a BELT.

FASTEST SUBMISSION Awarded CHAMPION BELT (awarded in youth and adult divisions).

BEST OVERALL YOUTH TEAM Awarded Custom ACRYLLIC PLAQUE, Custom BANNER and CHAMPION BELT

BEST OVERALL ADULT TEAM Awarded Custom ACRYLLIC PLAQUE, Custom BANNER and CHAMPION BELT

BEST OVERALL ACADEMY/PROGRAM Awarded Custom ACRYLLIC PLAQUE, Custom BANNER and CHAMPION BELT

BEST WOMENS TEAM Awarded Custom Banner

THE SHIELD: The SHIELD is awarded to the BEST OVERALL TEAM that registers a minimum of 25 individuals (not divisions).

SELECT Team CHAMPION: Awarded $1000, SELECT Cup Trophy and Custom Banner. *ENCOUNTER Combat will notify gyms that are eligible to compete in SELECT division by February 21st. Registration for SELECT is $50/athlete (same as OPEN divisions). Please email encountercombat@gmail.com if you have questions on SELECT division.

*OVERALL awards will be awarded to the stand alone local gym.  We will not combine team scores from affiliate gyms for these awards.

*Adult NOGI OPEN/ABSOLUTE Division is for Adults White & Blue belt. Stalling is not allowed (except from taking the back): 1st time: verbal warning; 2nd time: advantage given; 3rd time: 2 points awarded; 4th time: disqualified.  Division is five minutes.
