**Description:** This four-day training camp in early January in Lahti is designed to sharpen competition techniques for the European Open 2019. The camp features two daily sessions: morning sessions focus on drills and competition-specific techniques, while evening sessions are primarily sparring. The camp is open to all skill levels, even those not competing, and will host several top Finnish BJJ practitioners. All sessions will be led by Tommi Pulkkanen. Participation is limited to 40 individuals to ensure quality.
