**Description:** The long-awaited FINNHITS 2014 sparring event for Finnish women is announced! This open BJJ and grappling seminar for all women will be held in Tampere, at the premises of Tampereen Ju-Jutsukoulu. The event includes four guided training sessions, plenty of sparring, and great music.

Free overnight accommodation is available at the training hall. The instructors for the event are the well-known competition veteran Päivi Aittamaa and the fresh world champion Outi Järvilehto.
