**Description:** Join us for a 10-Day BJJ & Yoga Camp in Rio de Janeiro! Yoga Instructor and BJJ Blue Belt Mischa Oestreicher is a yoga instructor and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner from Switzerland. She is affiliated with Carlson Gracie Zurich and has competed in BJJ tournaments, participating in events such as Grappling Industries Amsterdam in December 2022 and July 2023.

In addition to her BJJ pursuits, Mischa is a certified yoga teacher and massage therapist. She is associated with just-relaxed GmbH, where she offers yoga instruction and massage therapy services.

Mischa's diverse background in both yoga and martial arts highlights her commitment to physical wellness and holistic health. More instructors for this camp will be announced soon!
