**Description:** The Flow Sub-Only Open Tournament (FSO) is founded by FlowBJJ in Rockland, Maine. FSO: 7 will be held at Oceanside Middle School at 47 Valley St, Thomaston, ME 04861. IMPORTANT: You can compete in Gi and NOGI for one price of $75.

SPECTATORS: Admission to the event for spectators will be $15. kids UNDER 10 and one black belt coach free per team.

The Flow Sub-Only Open and Flow Sub Only SQUADS was started in an effort to bring high level grappling to the state of Maine.  FSO features kids gi and nogi divisions, women’s gi and nogi divisions, men’s gi and nogi divisions, multiple pre-scheduled high level superfights, and men’s and women’s nogi ABSOLUTE divisions.
