The Flow Sub Only Open Tournament (FSO) is founded by FlowBJJ in Rockland, Maine. FSO: 9 will be held at Oceanside High School at 400 Broadway, Rockland, ME 04841. Please Follow FLOW SUB-ONLY OPEN on Facebook/Instagram or visit www.flowsubonly.com to stay up to date with the latest information.
IMPORTANT: You can compete in Gi and NOGI for one price of $75.
SPECTATORS: Admission to the event for spectators will be $15. kids UNDER 10 and one black belt coach free per team.

The Flow Sub-Only Open, Flow Sub Only UNDERGROUND, and Flow Sub Only SQUADS was started in an effort to bring high level grappling to the state of Maine. FSO features kids gi and nogi divisions, women’s gi and nogi divisions, men’s gi and nogi divisions, multiple pre-scheduled high level superfights, and men’s and women’s nogi ABSOLUTE divisions.
