Freestyle Grapplerz Ch. 24

Doors open at 8:30am.

The rules meeting will be at 9:15am, followed by the first matches around 9:30am.

All require check-ins/weigh-ins 1hr prior to all matches.

Competitors/Parents Please check your bracket times continuously as it may change due to updates.

Competitors that are not checked in will be disqualified from the event without refund. All competitors please be at your specified mat before your start time.

Early Registration: February 2, 2026- March 7, 2026

Normal registration- March 8- March 21 11:59pm

Late registration March 22 - April 10, 2026 7:00 pm

$25 One (1) Extra Division, with the exclusion of the Absolute Divisions.



Depending on how many mats are set up for event, free coach passes are subject to change at the door. (example 3 mats = 3 coaches only or 1 student = 1 coach)

Coaches will be marked at check-in.

FG provides 1 coach chair on each side of every score table. No one else is allowed inside the match area. Please refrain from talking to score keepers (allow them to stay focused on their duties.)



Please register through smoothcomp, we accept all major credit cards.



At the door we accept cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex), Paypal, Zelle are accepted forms of payment. Checks are NOT accepted for spectators at the door.

$10….. Spectator adults + Kids 8yrs and up

$5..... Children 5 - 7yrs

Infants - to 4 yrs Free

We understand that things come up at the last minute, injuries happen, etc., that may cause you to miss an event for which you already registered. NO REFUNDS will be given at any time for any reason.

You can receive a credit for any upcoming Freestyle Grapplerz event this calendar year.  Just log into your account and cancel your registration and please email us to let us know at Freestylegrapplerz@Gmail.com.  Please contact us to receive or use your credit and be able to provide proof of a cancelled, paid prior registration for a FREESTYLE GRAPPLERZ event.

***A Credit will be provided to cover your spot despite when you originally signed up. I.E If you originally signed up during late registration ($100), and are now contacting us to use the credit during early registration for another event ($65), you will NOT receive a refund or additional discount to make up the difference. Again, it is simply rolling over an already paid for registration. Please be mindful of which divisions you signed up for originally. If you paid for only Gi initially, you will have a credit to participate in another tournament for a Gi Division. If you decide to then sign up for the second division as well, it will cost an additional $20. Please reach out if you need assistance with this.
