Doors open at 8:30am.

The rules meeting will be at 9:15am.

All require check-ins/weigh-ins 1hr prior to all matches.

Matches start approximately at 9:30am.

Competitors/Parents Please check your bracket times continuously as it may change due to updates.

Competitors that are not checked in will be disqualified from the event without refund. All competitors please be at your specified mat before your start time.

Early- $65 January 13, 2025-February 3, 2025 11:59 PM

Normal - $85  February 4, 2025-February 21, 2025 11:59 PM

Late - $100 - February 22,2025-March 13, 2025 DEADLINE March 13, 2025 @ 10 pm

$20 One (1) Extra Division

**COACH PASS**

Depending on how many mats are set up for event, free coach passes are subject to change at the door. (example 3 mats = 3 coaches only or 1 student = 1 coach)

Coaches will be marked at check-in.

FG provides 1 coach chair on each side of every score table. No one else is allowed inside the match area. Please refrain from talking to score keepers (allow them to stay focused on their duties.)

**ATHLETE REGISTRATION FEES:**

Please register through smoothcomp, we accept all major credit cards.

**SPECTATORS FEE/PAYMENTS**

At the door we accept cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex), Paypal, Zelle are accepted forms of payment. Checks are NOT accepted for spectators at the door.

$10….. Spectator adults + Kids 8yrs and up

$5..... Children 5 - 7yrs

Infants - to 4 yrs Free

**CREDIT POLICY - *VOUCHER***

We understand that things come up at the last minute, injuries happen, etc., that may cause you to miss an event for which you already registered. NO REFUNDS will be given at any time for any reason.

You can receive a credit for a future event up until 11:00pm that Thursday before the event, log into your account and cancel your registration. Your credit is valid for up to 1 year from cancelation date. Please contact us to receive or use your credit and be able to provide proof of a cancelled, paid prior registration for a FREESTYLE GRAPPLERZ event. Please complete in a timely manner, understand the nature of the business there will be a lot going on the two three days while registration deadlines approach.
