The rules meeting will be at 9:00am.

All require check-ins/weigh-ins 1hr prior to all matches.

Matches approximately at 9:30am.

Competitors/Parents Please check your bracket times continuously as it may change due to updates.

Competitors that are not checked in will be disqualified from the event without refund. All competitors please be at your specified mat before your start time.

Early Bird - $65 Jan25. 13th - . Feb 26th @ 12am

Normal - $85 Feb. 27thth - Mar. 15th @ 12am

Late - $100 DEADLINE Mar 22th @ 12am

$20 Extra Divisions

**COACH PASS**

Coaches will be marked at check-in.

FG provides 1 coach chair on each side of every score table. No one else is allowed inside the match area. Please refrain from talking to score keepers (allow them to stay focused on their duties.)

**ATHLETE REGISTRATION FEES:**

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), Paypal, Zelle and Cash are accepted forms of payment. NO Amex or checks accepted.

**SPECTATORS FEE/PAYMENTS**

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), Paypal, Zelle are accepted forms of payment. NO Amex , NO Checks or NO Cash are NOT accepted for spectators at the door.

Spectator Fee $10….. (9yrs and up)

Children 5 - 8yrs $5….. (infants - 4yrs are free)

**CREDIT POLICY - *VOUCHER***

We understand that things come up at the last minute, injuries happen, etc., that may cause you to miss an event for which you already registered.

You can receive a credit for a future event up until 1:00 that Thursday before the event, log into your account and cancel your registration. Your credit is valid for up to 1 year from cancelation date. You do not need to contact us to receive or use your credit. Please complete in a timely manner, understand the nature of the business there will be a lot going on the two three days while registration deadlines approach.
