Early Bird pricing until 31st of March. The final day to register is the 4th of May, this is also your last opportunity to update/ correct any registration details. After this date your registration is locked-in, and there will no further changes allowed.
Takes place on the day of the event. You are required to weigh-in with your gi on. You must have weighed in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled divisions start time. There will be a slight allowance for weight (1Lb)- Failure to make weight will result in disqualifation. (No division changes can be made on the day.)

We want every athlete to enjoy a full and exciting competition experience. After the registration/change deadline, if a division doesn’t have enough competitors, we’ve got you covered! Our team will merge divisions strategically—based on weight, belt level, or age—to make sure every participant gets the chance to step on the mats and enjoy multiple match opportunities.

Athletes aged 9 and above will compete in gender-specific divisions (Boys vs. Boys / Girls vs. Girls).
Athletes under 8 will continue to compete in open, ungendered divisions.
48 hours prior to the event the brackets and schedule will be released. You will then be able to locate both from this event page. On the day: we ask that you are present atleast 30 minutes prior your division start time. This is because match times are dynamic and will likely change throughout the day depending on how earlier matches progress.

313 Grapplers Series follows the same ruleset as outlined in Grappling Industries events. https://grapplingindustries.com/rules/ Referee decisions are final.

313 Grappler series tournaments follow Round Robin formatting. This means that competitors in divisions with atleast 4 particpants, have the opportunity to compete in multiple matches against different opponents.
Tiebreakers are determined by victory method, so we encourage you to actively work for wins via submission. In the unlikely event that competitors are still tied, there will be a head to head fight.
We will have space for coaches on either side of score table. (One coach per competitor.) The only people allowed on the mat space during the tournament are the referee, and those competing in that match.
:here will be beautiful first, second, and third place solid metal medals presented to all podium finishers in each bracket.
Spectators fee will be changed at £10 per person, payable by Cash or Card on the day.
There will be photography and videography on the day which will be used for promotional material for the gym, and for future events. In addition to this, you are welcome to record your childs matches provided that they are the main focus of any video/pictures you capture, and your filming is not disruptive.
