**Description:** Kick off the year at Crest with a Girls Only seminar weekend, led by Hanna Sillén, a newly promoted black belt from Sweden.

Hanna has a long combat sports background, including Sanshou kung-fu and professional MMA (5-1). Her most significant achievements are in BJJ, where she is a 4x IBJJF Adult European Champion and won the Masters Mundial as a brown belt before her black belt promotion.

Crest Professional Fighting Center welcomes all women, regardless of club or team affiliation, to enjoy the seminar weekend. The gym is reserved exclusively for women from 12:00-16:00 on both days, with sauna available. Training will be in gi on both days.
