**Description:** Join us for our next in-house tournament at Haven Grappling Academy. This is a friendly, competitive event open to members and close training partners. Open to Novice & Intermediate Brackets, Men & Women 18+.

 We’ll be using the ADCC ruleset—emphasizing positional control, takedowns, and submission hunting—but the real goal isn’t medals. It’s growth.

Whether you're testing your skills for the first time or sharpening your edge for bigger stages, this is your opportunity to push your pace, try new tactics, and challenge your training partners in a fun, supportive environment.
