This full-day professional development course is designed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors, assistant instructors, academy leaders, and committed practitioners who want to improve how they teach, communicate, manage classes, and lead — both on and off the mats.

This course blends Jiu-Jitsu structure with leadership and personal development, focusing on:

• class structure and organization
• communication and instructor presence
• safety and student management
• teaching fundamentals with clarity
• leadership mindset and self-development
• culture, standards, and consistency inside the academy

Rooted in Jiu-Jitsu — gradually expanding into leadership, communication, and personal mastery.

Open to all affiliations and academies.

To ensure quality learning and interaction, the course is limited to 30 participants.

All prices include 13% HST.

$249 + HST = $281.37

$289 + HST = $326.57

$325 + HST = $367.25

Group rate is available when three or more instructors register from the same academy.

Recommended minimum age: 16+

All registrations are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend, a credit may be issued for a future course or event organized by LPO/OJJC. Credits must be requested at least 72 hours before the event and are valid for 12 months.

Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original registered participant.

Medical exception:
If a participant cannot attend due to a verified medical condition, a credit will be provided upon receipt of medical documentation. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
