# ISFA BJJ Gi, No-Gi and MMA World Cup 2019

Fighters, that aren't registered, will have to pay an additional 10€ fee.

Weight classes for No-Gi Grappling and BJJ:

Juvenile   - 60, 66, 72, 78, 84, 84+

Men Beginner  - 66, 72, 78, 84, 92, 92+

Men Advanced - 66, 72, 78, 84, 92, 92+

Masters(35+) - 72, 84, 84+

Women Beginner - 56, 56+

Women Advanced - 56, 56+

Time per Match: 5 minutes, overtime: 2 minutes

In the beginners divisions only competitors with up to 3 years of experience in all grappling arts will be allowed .

MMA Weight Classes:

Juvenile   - 60, 66, 72, 78, 84, 84+

Men - 61, 66, 72, 78, 84, 92, 92+

ISFA rules.

There will be one round of 8 minutes in the advanced division and 5 minutes in the beginners and the winner will be determined with a judges decision. If the judges decide the two fighters were equally active, there will be an overtime to a point (sudden death). The overtime can be maximum 4 minutes long. If there are no scored points at the end of the overtime, a winner will be chosen based on activity during the match. Points go as followed: Guard pull will not be sanctioned with a minus point. A point is given for a takedown, sweep, guard pass, mount or back with two hooks. Absolute division final: No time limit

Main criteria for the judges decision:

1. Real submission attempts.

2. Working for submissions from dominant positions.

3. Activity

Passive play will have a negative impact on the decision.

Legal techniques:

In the advanced and masters divisions all techniques allowed under ADCC rules, except slams are allowed. The slam will be illegal even when escaping submissions.

In the beginners and juvenile divisions heel hooks, toe hold, twister, can opener and slams are forbidden.

BJJ Rules: Standard IBJJF Rules

Athletes weigh in without Gi.

MMA Rules: Standard Amateur MMA rules.

*2 rounds of 3 minutes, one extra round if necessary.

*No strikes to the head on the ground

*Slamming the opponent on his head is forbidden

*No knee and elbow strikes

Weight in: 9:30 - 10:30 at the day of the competition at Lokomotiv Stadium

Competition fee for Grappling is 20€ and up to two divisions.

For MMA is also 20€. If a competitor wants to participate in both MMA and Grappling it's 25€
