**Description:** Learn various Catch Wrestling techniques such as facelocks, toe holds, nelsons, crotch rippers, and neck cranks. Catch-as-Catch-Can wrestling is the ancestor of modern freestyle and pro wrestling, and it influenced the development of BJJ, Sambo, and Judo.

BJJ black belt Jasse Junkkari has extensively studied Catch wrestling, including training at the legendary Snake Pit gym in England. He will teach techniques traditionally less common in BJJ, focusing on reversals and submissions from the turtle position (top and bottom) and the neck crank.
