**Description:** BJJ black belt and recent European grappling champion Jesse Urholin will share his knowledge at Sports Academy No. 1 in Espoo. The training will focus on techniques applicable to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling. The seminar is suitable for all practitioners interested in effective ground techniques, regardless of their background or experience.

Jesse is one of Finland's most successful competitors, with achievements including 2x ADCC European gold, 2x BJJ World silver (purple and brown belts), No-Gi World silver (blue belt), BJJ European Open gold, and numerous Finnish Championships and Finnish Open victories in BJJ.
