• Weigh-ins will take place at the venue on Friday, April 3rd from 6:00–8:00 pm and on Saturday, April  4th  from 8:00–10:00 am.

• Matches will start at 10:00am

If you do not make weight, regardless of age, you will be disqualified and no credit will be issued for future events. You do not need to weigh in with your gi on. Each competitor will be given a 1 lb allowance.

If you’re unable to attend the designated weigh-in times, we recommend weighing in at least one hour before your scheduled match. Please note that our schedule is dynamic and subject to change.

• Registration will be open until April 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm EST.

• If no one else registers in a competitor’s bracket, we will match them against the competitor that is closest in weight and skill level.

• April 1, 2026 is the last date to update registration.

• $100 Early Registration Fee for Gi or NoGi until MAR 11, 2026, at 11:59 pm.

• • Extra Bracket - Each additional Gi or NoGi division: $30.00

• $120 Normal Registration Fee for Gi or NoGi until APR 1,, 2026, at 11:59 pm.

• • Extra Bracket - Each additional Gi or NoGi division: $40.00

• $25 Early Registration Fee for Absolute brackets until MAR 11, 2025, at 11:59 pm

• $30 Normal Registration Fee for Absolute brackets until APR 1,, 2026, at 11:59 pm

• $30 Early Registration Fee for Takedown Only brackets until MAR 11, 2025, at 11:59 pm

• 1–2 competitors: 1 Coach’s Pass

• 11–15 competitors: 3 Coach’s Passes

• 16–20 competitors: 4 Coach’s Passes

• 21+ competitors: 5 Coach’s Passes
