# Jiu Jitsu Quest Hawaii 2025 > Competition in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States | November 23, 2025 – November 24, 2025 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** • Day of Event: Sunday, November 23, 2025 • Location: Japanese Cultural Center, 2454 S Beretania St. Honolulu, HI 96822 • Parking: $8 paid parking is available at the JCCH parking structure. • Awards: Medals for podium winners. Complimentary gift bags including a backpack, water bottle, stickers, and a delicious bento will be provided for all registered athletes sponsored by Shutaku and Dell's Kitchen. The amount you are charged is based on when you actually pay not when you entered your information into the system. If you entered your information during the normal registration timeframe and selected to pay later, then you paid during the late registration period, the late registration price is what you will be charged. **November 23, 2025**: • 8:00 AM - Doors open • 8-9:30 AM - Weigh in for all competitors All athletes must be weighed in by 9:30am. Weigh ins will be conducted**WITH GI.**Athletes must check in at least 1 hour before their scheduled match. • 10:00 AM - Matches Start **WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET TO THE EVENT** Doors open on Sunday at 8:00AM. Please proceed to one of our check in stations to check in and/or weigh in and to collect your quest maps. Spectator passes may also be purchased at check in. You will be able to check your estimated match start time and mat assignment on the televised displays near the mat area or by logging into your Smoothcomp account at the tournament. For instructions on how to do this, visit [HERE](https://support.smoothcomp.com/article/90-find-out-your-dynamic-starting-time). **11/22 SATURDAY - OPTIONAL EARLY WEIGH-IN** We will hold an optional early weigh in the day before the tournament on Saturday, November 22 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Mano Jiu Jitsu located at 2752 Woodlawn Drive #2F, Honolulu HI 96822. This is not mandatory, you can weigh in on event day between 8-9:30am. Weigh ins will be conducted WITH GI. You only need to weigh-in once and once your weight is accepted, it cannot be changed. **11/23 SUNDAY - EVENT DAY WEIGH-IN** Weigh in at the event will open at 8:00 AM and close at 9:30 AM. All competitors must be weighed-in by 9:30 AM. If you weighed in on Saturday, you must check in at the event at least 60 minutes before your estimated match time. Please note that the schedule is dynamic and constantly updating. Be sure to check it often. • Gi only tournament • Match Length • No Overtime: If there is no submission and the points are tied, a referee will decide the winner based on their attempts to win during the match. • Brackets with 2 competitors will be single elimination. For brackets of 3 competitors, they will compete in a 3 play comeback format.
