Blue Belt- 6 min, knee bars allowed, no reaping/ twisting leg locks (heel hook, toe hold, calf slice), no slamming. All standard submissions allowed based off IBJJF blue belt rules.

OT- If no submission in regulation, 1 round EBI overtime.
