**Description:** Jukka Lemola, Black Belt and head instructor of Gracie Barra Kuusankoski and a key figure in GB Finland, will be holding a one-day BJJ seminar in Varkaus. The seminar is open to all practitioners and costs 10 euros.

The preliminary topics for the training sessions include half-guard and the importance of grips in guard and guard passing. Sparring will be held at the end of both training sessions.
