TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 350 COMPETITORS OR APRIL 20st at 12:00pm. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. Late registrations will not be accepted.

THE DIVISIONS ARE BASED ON THE YEAR YOUR CHILD WAS BORN.
For example. If you child is currently 9 years old but will turn 10 years old this year (2026) you will be in the 10-12 year old division.

REFUND POLICY
We have the best refund policy. Get 100% refund for any reason until the brackets are set. No refunds for any reason after that. So register early as this event and it will fill up. In the past we have let people register late but please understand we will not do that this time for any reason.
RULES
On tournament Saturday we will be following the IBJJF rules set for both gi and nogi. Please visit IBJJF.org/rules and get familiar with rules that will pertain to your division.

ALL COMPETITORS MUST BE ON WEIGHT OR YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
It is your responsibility to weigh your child in WITH A GI ON and register them in the correct division (please do not guess your child's weight). Due to safety reasons for the children, their weight must be accurate with the gi.
COMPETITORS WHO DO NOT MAKE WEIGHT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Weigh is station will be open between 3:00pm and 6:00pm Friday April 24th 2026 at Pacific Top Team Kelowna
Youth Divisions will have a 2 lb allowance
Adult Divisions will have a 1 lb allowance
This is a Gi and NOGI tournament.
Weigh in stations open:
Kids and Adults 3pm-6pm (Friday)
Kids 8:00am (Saturday)
Adults: 10:30am (Saturday)
YOUTH AND ADULT COMPETITORS WILL BE ALSO BE ABLE TO WEIGH IN BETWEEN 3:00pm-6:00pm FRIDAY NIGHT April 24th

-Two matches guaranteed
-Athletes must weigh in in the Gi and Belt
-Kids weigh in at 8:00am
-All kids should be weighed in and ready to compete by 9:00am
-2lb allowance with Gi and belt on (strictly reinforced)
