Rules: We use simplified ruleset for our Blue Belt Tournaments, no slams, no attacking the knee (kneebars, heel hooks). Our hybrid Bracket rule set ensures maximum matches for every competitor while prioritizing safety and fun. Expect a submission-based focus designed to challenge your technique while keeping the competition fair and exciting.
