**Description:** Welcome to a seminar with blackbelt rockstar Kit Dale Saturday & Sunday of June 17-18!!

Kit is one of the grappling world's most famous profiles with a large following on social media. He is a highly meritorious black belt with several fine titles and participation in superfights (most recently against Rodolfo Viera) as well as a very popular instructor.

Kit will share his concept oriented philosophy to jiu-jitsu during the days of the seminar and is often involved and rolling with as many participants as possible.

**The seminar is open to all clubs, teams and practitioners.**

Limited number of places so book now to get a place!

You can train in either gi or nogi, Kit will teach for both styles

Kids that are 12 or older can also join!

SCHEDULE:

Saturday 17 June: 10.00-12.30 (short break at 11.30)

Sunday 18 June: 10.00-12.30 (short break at 11.30)

The fee for adults is SEK 400 for one day or SEK 700 for the whole weekend.
