# Kristina Barlaan Girls Only BJJ Seminar

**Description:** Kristina Barlaan, a rising US jiu-jitsu star, will lead the third "Girls Only" weekend at Crest PFC. Promoted to black belt by Caio Terra a year ago, Barlaan has achieved significant success, including winning the Europeans and securing silver at both the Pan Ams and World Championships. This marks her first visit to Finland.

The gym will be exclusively for women during the seminar, with a sauna available after training on both days. Both training sessions will be conducted in gi (with uniform).

Registration opens on December 5th at 10:00 AM via a link to be provided. Participants are reminded that spots are limited, and they should confirm their attendance before registering to ensure fair access for all interested individuals. If plans change, prompt notification to the organizers is requested.
