**Description:** Celebrate spring with a Girls Only BJJ seminar at Crest, led by BJJ pioneer and long-time black belt Laurence Fouillat from France.

Laurence Fouillat, promoted to black belt in 2005, is recognized as the first European woman to achieve this milestone, significantly contributing to women's jiu-jitsu worldwide. Representing Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu, she is a multiple world championship medalist, notably winning CBJJ black belt world gold in 2007 as the first non-Brazilian woman to do so. Her impressive resume spans both gi and no-gi.

Crest Professional Fighting Center invites all women with at least basic BJJ skills to this enriching weekend in Helsinki. The seminar will take place on May 7-8, 2016, from 12:00-15:00 each day. Limited spots are available.
